Ar. S.Jeyakumar has been elected as the Chairman of “The Indian Institute of Architects”, Coimbatore Centre for the Period 2023 to 2025. He was elected at a grand function held on 10.08.2023 at Hotel Radission Blu, Coimbatore. The Chief Guest was Hon. Minister for Housing & Urban Development, Tamilnadu Govt. Mr.S.Muthusamy, The Guest of Honour was eminent Architect & Planner Prof. Dr.A.N.Sachithanandam and the Special Guest was Mr.M.Pratap, IAS, Commissioner, Coimbatore Corporation.
Under Ar.S.Jeyakumar, World Architecture Day was celebrated with an exhibition of architectural works on 30.09.2023 at GS Museum Exhibition Hall, Coimbatore.
It was inaugurated by Mr.Kranti Kumar Pati, IAS, Collector, Coimbatore District
